The same card, the same qualification, at your pace. One-to-one sessions with Kevin, built around how you learn best, plus full access to the Pathways Academy, where he marks your work and answers you as you go.

Session 1
A relaxed chat about the job you want, how you learn, and what has got in the way before.
Session 2
Law, hazards and health on site, talked through rather than read out.
Session 3
Practice questions until the format stops being the hard part.
Then
The HS&E test with your adjustments in place, then the card application. We go when you are ready, not to a timetable.
Identical to the group route. The same regulated qualification, the same CITB test, the same CSCS card. Nothing on the card says how you got there.
Questions
The questions are the same, but CITB can provide a voiceover, extra time, or a reader. We arrange that when we book, so you don't have to ask for it yourself.
As many as it takes. The price is for getting you there, not for a fixed number of hours, and nobody gets pushed into a test they aren't ready for.
Regularly. We invoice employers, job coaches and support providers directly if that's easier.
Walk in without a card and walk out with the hard part done. You will complete the Level 1 qualification and sit your CITB HS&E test in the afternoon. Your CSCS card application will be submitted for you within three days of your pass.
